Dr Mann gave to me care, kindness & honesty of understanding me to the best of his abilities. My only request is that he could have seen me, together with his team, for questions that I needed an answer to, but forgot to ask them. A practical impossibility I know but a wish fulment of truly epic proportions & one that I request myself - & as a sign of my main imbalance since we are truly human after all and that is it. I would highly recommend the patience of staff in stressed situations to anyone.
